FIDEI Publishing Terms & Conditions

All order and deliveries are made on the following terms and conditions
1. Customer agree to be bound by FIDEI Publishing terms and conditions.
2. FIDEI Publishing (full name: Wydawnictwo FIDEI Spolka Cywilna Krystyna Kaminska, Wanda Zagorska) is a civil partnership registered in Poland with VAT number: PL5213499405 and with European EORI number: PL521349940500000.
In the United Kingdom FIDEI Publishing has received from HMRC EORI number UK: GB040868611000, and VAT exemption from 14.10.2024, Ref. 99000748461. To purchase our books stored in Cornwall go to eucharisticrenewal.org or our another bookshop frboleslav.eu/index.php/en/fidei-publishing.html
3. Payment shall by credit card – Visa, Mastercard or debit cards can be accepted in Pounds sterling, Euro, US Dollars or Polish Zloty. Customers can also pay from their PayPal account.
4. FIDEI Publishing is obligated to ship the ordered books once payment has been transferred to the company’s PayPal account.
5. Delivery of goods at fidei.pl is at the customer’s expense by Polish Post. At checkout the cost of shipment and packing is added automatically.
6. Delivery dates are only a guide and not legally binding. FIDEI Publishing at fidei.pl uses standard mail delivery by Polish Post.
7. Goods are supplied on 14 day return basis assuming returned in perfect condition. This should be first reported to the following e-mail address: wydawnictwo@fidei.pl. We will then remind the customer of the address of our storage to which the purchased goods should be returned.
8. FIDEI Publishing will not be liable for shipment charges on returns. Goods are only deemed to have been returned when they are signed for by FIDEI Publishing at our store.
9. The customer shall inspect the goods on delivery and inform FIDEI Publishing (wydawnictwo@fidei.pl) about shortcomings in writing within 48 hours. Replacement can be refused if it not in stock. Then the return of money will be performed.
10. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide FIDEI Publishing with a full and correct postal address. FIDEI Publishing reserve the right to charge for redelivery in the event of incorrect details.
11. Subject to our conditions the total liability of FIDEI Publishing to the customer whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss or damage, costs or expenses arising under or connection with these terms and conditions shall not exceed 100% of the amount payable by the customer to FIDEI Publishing under these terms and conditions in respect of the order giving rise to liability.

Privacy

The data provided by customers (name, surname, postal and email addresses) are used only to fulfill orders and are not transferred to anyone. The data administrator is FIDEI Publishing (wydawnictwo@fidei.pl). Upon the request of customers, their data is deleted.
